Nottingham Panthers opened up a two-point lead at the top of the Elite League after they rallied from 3-1 down to be Hull Stingrays 8-4.
The visitors shot out to a 3-1 lead in the first period but the Panthers stormed back to secure a sixth straight win.
The Dundee Stars ended their six-game losing run 4-1 at home to the Braehead Clan while the Belfast Giants won by the same scoreline in the league and Challenge Cup match at Edinburgh Capitals.
