Tony Parker has been included in the 12-man France squad for the London Olympics despite an eye injury which could threaten his participation.
The San Antonio guard sustained the eye injury during an altercation in a New York nightclub which was more serious than first thought.
However, he has been named in the team for London 2012 although a final decision on his participation will be announced after he meets with his NBA employers.
Chicago Bulls centre Joakim Noah, who is still recovering from a left ankle injury he picked up during the NBA play-offs, will miss out.
France's first game at the Olympics is against the United States on July 29.
