Pastore: I'm staying put
Javier Pastore has played down speculation that he is heading for the exit door at Paris Saint Germain this summer.
The 24-year-old joined PSG in 2011 when they paid Palermo nearly £40million for his services.
Whilst being a regular, the Argentine has not hit the heights of other big name signings such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Thiago Silva.
Liverpool have been linked with a potential bid in the New Year, whilst the likes of Roma and AC Milan were reportedly looking at taking him back to Serie A.
But Pastore insists he is not looking to quit the Parc des Princes.
"All these rumours are false and have nothing to do with the reality of the situation," he told French radio station RMC.
"As I already said, I was the first to choose this club and I will be the last one to leave it.
"I will fight to do well in the PSG. I know there are many players in my role, but I fight for a place without losing my head."
On a possible return to Italy, he said: "In order to meet my friends, yes, but nothing more".
