Stars Above Me will not be tried too highly at the start of next term despite ending her juvenile season on a high.
The Roger Charlton-trained filly, owned and bred by the Elite Racing Club, has been put away for the winter after showing plenty of promise when backing up an encouraging Goodwood debut by winning a novice contest over six furlongs at Leicester last month, beating the well-regarded Invincible Strike.
"She's well but she won't run again this year. She'll have a break now but she has finished the season on good form," said Elite spokesman Dan Downie.
"We're not going to start next year too ambitiously but we will see how she winters and Roger will give us his views early on and we will see what happens really."
