Monday's meeting at Plumpton is subject to an 8am inspection due to the threat overnight frost and snow.
Clerk of the course Mark Cornford reports the track to be raceable at present but feels it prudent to check conditions in the morning with a cold night in prospect.
He said: "It's very positive at the moment and we do have the covers down.
"We are raceable as we stand, we had 10 millimetres of rain yesterday and then a dry night and it is dry this morning.
"We are forecast minus 1C overnight and then 4C by early afternoon, it's just the weather is so unpredictable.
"There's the possibility of some snow showers overnight and I just don't want to get caught out in the morning."
