Pride Of The Artic steps up in class for the Bar One Racing Drinmore Novice Chase after winning his last four races over fences.
The seven-year-old was most recently seen beating Jacksonslady in a Grade Three at Tipperary in October in heavy ground, and now tackles Grade One company for the first time at Fairyhouse on Sunday.
"He's in brilliant form, it's a very competitive race, but we're just hoping he's still improving and puts up a good show," said County Kildare permit holder Peter Fahey.
"From every run he's improved and his races have worked out well, so we're confident he should run a nice race."
Noel Meade saddles the promising Texas Jack, winner of his sole start over fences, at Naas last month.
Meade said; "He had a real ding-dong battle when winning at Naas, it was a good beginners' chase so we were really pleased, particularly with his jumping.
"He worked well recently so we are very happy with him."
