Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels has been issued with two notices of complaint by the SFA's compliance officer.
The Rugby Park boss is alleged to have breached three disciplinary rules as a result of comments he made in a radio interview and newspaper articles following their Clydesdale Bank Premier League defeat to Inverness on November 3.
Shiels also faces a misconduct charge for "dissent, adopting an aggressive attitude and by the use of offensive, insulting or abusive language" during the 2-1 loss to St Johnstone at the weekend.
He was sent to the stand following a heated debate with fourth official Andrew Dallas after being enraged by referee Stevie O'Reilly's decision to dismiss skipper Manuel Pascali.
The Killie manager has until December 5 to respond to both notices of complaint, with December 13 set as the principal hearing date for the two cases.
