Redknapp expects to be busy
Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp says he is still confident that he will be busy in the last few days of the transfer window.
The R's boss said that he was hopeful of bringing in a striker, and possibly defensive cover after Danny Simpson picked up a back injury that will keep him out for a number of weeks.
Redknapp also said the team are starting to become over reliant on Charlie Austin, and wants to relieve the burden on him by bringing in another striker.
In 28 appearances for the Hoops, Austin has scored an impressive 15 goals, including the opening goal in the victory against Bolton on Tuesday night.
Redknapp told GetWestLondon: "Everyone knows we've been relying on Charlie Austin up front, so we do want to bring in a striker.
"We'll find somebody for sure. There's someone out there and we will find one."
Redknapp also added that he wanted to add a defender to his squad after the injury sustained to Simpson.
"We're looking to bring in a defender too if we can," he added.
"We're not sure how long Danny will be out for but it doesn't look too good and he's been told to rest."
