Celtic v Hibernian preview

Celtic full-back Emilio Izaguirre will return to the team to play Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Izaguirre missed the Champions League defeat in Barcelona through suspension, but he will not be the only change to the team that underperformed in the Nou Camp.

The versatile Charlie Mulgrew has been ruled out for up to 10 days with a groin injury, and hamstring strain victim Dirk Boerrigter will also miss the Hibs game.

But manager Neil Lennon is likely to make further changes after criticising his players following Wednesday's loss.

Hibernian midfielder Scott Robertson could return to action for the visit to Celtic Park.

Robertson missed last weekend's 1-1 draw with Partick Thistle due to a hamstring strain but he is definitely back in the squad for the trip to Celtic Park.

Hibs defender James McPake had surgery on a back injury this week and will return to action in the New Year, while striker Paul Heffernan (thigh) and winger Alex Harris (ankle) are still short of fitness.

The Leith side go into the match looking to extend their unbeaten run under new manager Terry Butcher to four matches.
