Roderick out for six weeks
Gloucestershire wicketkeeper Gareth Roderick has been ruled out for six weeks after suffering another injury to his index finger.
Roderick missed the first six weeks of the campaign after breaking the same finger in a pre-season match.
He made his return to action in last Friday's T20 Blast match, and played his first County Championship match of the season against Kent this week, and had an excellent game in Gloucestershire's thumping 290-run victory.
He scored 59 in the first innings, and 85 in the second, and took five catches in Kent's first innings.
But he was hurt again whilst keeping, and Cameron Herring took over behind the stumps and he will again be given an extended run in the first team whilst Roderick recovers.
