Rotherham return for Mills
Rotherham United have brought former captain Pablo Mills back to the club on a contract until the end of January.
Mills previously made over 150 appearances for Rotherham before leaving in 2010 and he spent last season in the non-league ranks with Macclesfield Town.
He has been training with the Millers in recent weeks and the defender has now been handed a deal with the League One club.
Millers boss Steve Evans, who worked with the 29-year-old at Crawley Town, is confident that Mills will prove to be a useful recruit.
"I had not spoken to Pablo in a while but he rang me and asked if he could train with us, "Evans told the club's official website
"He came in, he trained, he played and let me put it into perspective, he has been simply stunning. He has been outstanding, he is fit, he is hungry and he is eager so we have brought him in until January.
"With Claude Davis being ill the other night we knew that we needed somebody.
"We looked at all sorts of players and different options, but we wanted someone to come in where we knew what we would get."
