Boss Brian McDermott insists that Reading's promotion to the Premier League will not be detrimental to the club's young players futures.
The likes of Michael Hector, Lawson D'Ath, Jordan Obita and Michail Antonio have all impressed out on loan this season.
"It won't have an effect, if they are good enough then they will come and play," McDermott told the club's official website.
"If they need time, we generally loan players out. We have done it with Lawson D'Ath, Jordan Obita, (Alex) Pearce, (Simon) Church and others. They were all loaned out and the policy won't change because we are in another division."
