Ruddy hails Canaries' show

Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy has hailed his fellow players after the Canaries earned a 3-3 draw at Arsenal last weekend.

Steve Morison netted a late equaliser for City to deny Arsenal a vital 3-2 Premier League win in the race for a Champions League spot.

And Ruddy reserved special praise for Norwich's defence.

He told the club's official website: "I thought everyone was exceptional right across the back.

"I thought Naughts (Kyle Naughton) did what he has been doing all season, the same as Ryan Bennett when he has come in and put in some unbelievable blocks the same as Russ Martin.

"Lapps (Simon Lappin) came in out of the wilderness almost and put in a performance that shows just how professional he is, and that sums him up as a character. It was exceptional from all the back four."
