Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels has been banned for two matches, one of them suspended, for remarks he made about a referee last season.
The punishment was handed down following a meeting of the Scottish Football Association's Judicial Panel at Hampden on Thursday.
The Rugby Park boss is deemed to have breached Rule 68, which relates to criticism of match officials "in such a way as to indicate bias or incompetence on the part of such match official or make remarks about such match official(s) which impinge on his character."
The punishment was the result of comments Shiels made about an official following a meeting between Celtic and St Johnstone in April.
However, the judicial panel deemed there had been no breach of rule 69 and therefore no sanctions would apply in terms of that complaint.
Rule 69 stipulates: "No club, official, Team Official, other member of Team Staff or player shall make public comments relating to a referee who has been appointed to a match involving the club of the official, Team Official, other member of Team Staff or player at any time prior to the relevant match."
