Solwhit is set for an absorbing duel with Quevega in the Ladbrokes World Series Hurdle at Punchestown next month.
The Charles Byrnes-trained nine-year-old confirmed his renaissance by claiming the equivalent race at the Cheltenham Festival on Thursday.
Now he will now go head to head with the mighty Quevega, who won a fifth Mares' Hurdle at the Festival on Tuesday and has struck for the last three years in Punchestown's World Series Hurdle.
Byrnes said: "I've never in my live seen him come out of a race so well.
"He will run in the Ladbrokes World Hurdle at Punchestown and he'll take on Quevega, which will be a good draw."
