Spurs rout Thunder for series lead

San Antonio Spurs cruised to a 117-89 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday to go 3-2 up in the Western Conference finals.

Tim Duncan had 22 points and 12 rebounds for the Spurs.

Manu Ginobili came off the bench for 19 points and six assists at AT&T Center, with Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green also chipping in with 14 points apiece for San Antonio.

Kevin Durant poured in 25 points for Oklahoma City and Russell Westbrook, who registered 40 points on Tuesday as the Thunder levelled the best-of-seven series at 2-2, added 21, but all in vain.

The Spurs can clinch the series in game six in Oklahoma City on Saturday.
