St Mirren v Celtic preview

St Mirren skipper Jim Goodwin will complete his two-match suspension when his former club Celtic visit Paisley on Sunday for the Scottish Premiership clash.

Kenny McLean missed Thursday's 2-1 defeat to Kilmarnock with a locked knee but the Buddies midfielder may return to the squad.

John McGinn should be back following his recent knee injury, while fellow midfielder Gary Harkins has agreed a loan move to English League One strugglers Oldham.

Midfield duo Gary Teale (hernia) and David Barron (ankle) are still missing with long-term injuries.

Celtic may be without Wales international midfielder Joe Ledley for Sunday's match, which is live on Sky Sports 1.

Ledley is due to have a scan on the groin injury he picked up in the 1-0 New Year's Day win over Partick and, having scored the winner in that game, he is considered a major doubt for this weekend.

Derk Boerrigter is back in contention after recovering from a hamstring injury and his fellow forward Mo Bangura has returned from his loan spell at Elfsborg but will not be included in a squad.

Mikael Lustig (hip), Beram Kayal (foot) and Steven Mouyokolo (Achilles) will remain on the sidelines.
