Mansfield Town have confirmed defender Luke O'Neill is in talks over a move to Burnley.
Eddie Howe's Championship outfit are yet to confirm their interest in the 20-year-old former Leicester right-back, but it is understood a deal is close.
Stags boss Paul Cox told his club's official website: "Luke will be leaving. On Monday an offer was accepted from Burnley.
"The offer received matched our value of Luke and the chairman (John Radford) has said that the money we receive can be used to spend on players.
"It's a move that will suit all parties. We will have a decent fee and Burnley will have a good player."
