Stoke City v Fulham preview
Defender Andy Wilkinson could be out for Stoke City with a back problem as the Potters host Fulham at the Britannia Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.
Wilkinson was substituted in the first half of Stoke's 1-1 draw at West Ham United on Monday and subsequently underwent a scan to ascertain the extent of his injury.
If he does miss out, then Ryan Shotton will replace him at full-back.
Stoke midfielder Dean Whitehead is available for selection after returning from suspension, but striker Michael Owen is not expected to recover from a hamstring injury.
Midfielder Rory Delap (hernia) and defender Marc Wilson (broken leg) remain sidelined.
Fulham will be without Alex Kacaniklic and Bryan Ruiz with hamstring injuries they picked up against Sunderland, while Mickael Tavares and Kieran Richardson too are sidelined with similar problems.
Captain Brede Hangeland is suspended for Saturday's clash, while Simon Davies and Kerim Frei are unavailable as well.
However, Mahamadou Diarra has recovered from a knee injury, while Chris Baird is back in contention after serving his suspension.
