Swansea make bid for Schlupp
Swansea have made a £2.5m deadline-day bid for Leicester forward Jeffrey Schlupp, according to Sky Sources.
Michael Laudrup, whose side are just five points above the relegation zone despite sitting in 11th place, is keen to bolster his attacking options because of the injury to Michu.
The Swans have just two wins and nine points from their last 10 league games and Laudrup hopes Schlupp, who has scored just one goal in 22 appearances for the Championship leaders this season, can help ease growing fears of being dragged into a relegation scrap.
Laudrup is also thought to be close to signing 19-year-old Falkirk midfielder Jay Fulton.
Teenage midfielder Adam King moved to the Liberty Stadium earlier in the week from Hearts on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
