Swansea v C Palace preview

Swansea manager Garry Monk expects Nathan Dyer to be fit for a weekend clash with Crystal Palace despite picking up a heel injury in Thursday's Europa League defeat at Napoli.

Dyer came off shortly after the hour mark in the Swans' 3-1 reverse but Monk is confident the midfielder will be okay.

Leon Britton was rested from the Napoli game as a precaution following a knock to his knee but he is expected to return, while Jonjo Shelvey (hamstring) and Michu (ankle) remain absent.

Crystal Palace boss Pulis will have the luxury of a fully-fit squad from which to select this weekend.

Jerome Thomas has been nursing a back complaint, but should come back into contention on Sunday after being given time to rest and recover.

The Eagles must now decide whether to keep the faith with those who battled bravely against Manchester United last time out or freshen things up, with the likes of Cameron Jerome, Dwight Gayle and Yannick Bolasie pushing for recalls in forward-thinking areas.
