Tettey named in Norway squad

Norwich midfielder Alex Tettey could be in line to face England at Wembley next week after being named in Norway's squad for Wednesday night's friendly.

The Ghana-born 28-year-old has picked up 18 international caps for his adopted country and could add to that tally following a fine start to the season with City.

He said: "I'm very pleased with how I've played. I've managed to get my body in shape and have some good form. It's a tough league but it's good to have so many games because it makes you stronger."

Canaries winger Nathan Redmond is in the England Under-21s squad for their Euro 2015 qualifiers against Lithuania and Moldova, while Josh Murphy has made the England Under-20s squad.
