The Thunder rumble on

Oklahoma City Thunder have levelled their Western Conference final against the San Antonio Spurs after a superb display from Kevin Durant.

The Thunder had trailed the Spurs 2-0 in the best-of-seven series, however a 36-point haul from Durant saw them record a second successive win with a 109-103 victory

The Thunder led by 15 points 5:31 into the third quarter, but the Spurs chipped away with the help 21 points from Tim Duncan until the deficit was just four with 6:54 to play.

From there Durant scored Oklahoma City's next 16 points as he almost single-handedly dragged his side to victory. Serge Ibaka also scored 26 points for the Thunder.

On Monday the seven-game series heads back to San Antonio, where the Spurs are yet to lose a game in the play-offs.
