Traore dreams of Wembley date
Lacina Traore is targeting a place in this season's FA Cup final after scoring on his Everton debut in the fifth-round victory against Swansea on Sunday.
The 6ft 8in striker, who used to watch the May showpiece at Wembley in his native Ivory Coast, bagged a fourth-minute opener at Goodison Park thanks to an instinctive backheel to help the Toffees on their way to a 3-1 win.
And Traore is now aiming to help the Merseysiders win the competition for the first time in 19 years as Roberto Martinez's side were drawn away to Arsenal in the quarter-finals.
"It's nice to be playing in this famous cup competition," Traore, who joined the Goodison Park club on-loan from Monaco in January told the Daily Mirror.
"I watched the games as a kid and it would be a dream to be able to get to Wembley and play my part.
"Arsenal are a big team, but we will just get on with it. I've come to a good team with good players. I think we can go all the way, hopefully.
"We'll be fighting hard to get to the final and fighting hard in the league, because we want to get what we deserve from this season."
