Twente go joint top with win
FC Twente took a share of the Eredivisie lead thanks to a 3-1 win over Heracles on Friday.
Michel Jansen's men are level with Ajax and Vitesse on 37 points heading into the weekend, although the other two do still have to play.
Quincy Promes' sixth goal in as many games got the home side going in the 23rd minute but they had to wait for the 54th for their second, with promising striker Luc Castaignos taking his tally for the season to 10.
Heracles' task was made harder by Jeroen Veldmate seeing red (56) but it did not appear to affect them too much as Mark Uth made it 2-1 with 14 minutes left.
There was no fairytale comeback, though, as Dusan Tadic wrapped up the win from the spot with two minutes left.
