England kept faith with Tim Bresnan as they named an unchanged side for the second Test against the West Indies at Trent Bridge.
Bresnan, who has won all 12 of his Test matches to date, was under pressure from fellow seamer Steven Finn and will soon get the chance to repay England's faith after captain Andrew Strauss lost the toss and was asked to bowl first.
The tourists made two changes to their bowling attack, with spinner Shane Shillingford and Ravi Rampaul recalled in place of Fidel Edwards and the injured Shannon Gabriel.
Having won the first game of the three-match series at Lord's, England will clinch the series with victory in Nottingham.
