Walters presents cheque to IJF
Ffos Las chairman Dai Walters will present a cheque for £100,000 to the Injured Jockeys Fund to help JT McNamara.
Ffos Las chairman Dai Walters will present a cheque for £100,000 to Injured Jockeys Fund chief executive Lisa Hancock on December 16 to help aid the care of JT McNamara.
Racegoers at the Welsh venue raised the cash last month for McNamara, who was paralysed in a fall at the Cheltenham Festival in March.
Next Monday's fixture precedes one on Boxing Day.
"We're set for two great days of jump racing this Christmas - and it is wonderful that, through the generosity of our supporters, we are able to give £100,000 for the continuing care of JT McNamara, who was paralysed as a result of a fall at this year's Cheltenham Festival," said clerk of the course Tim Long.
