Webb charges through for win
Australia's Karrie Webb won the JTBC Founders Cup as just two strokes separated the first nine players in Phoenix.
Webb produced a superb final round of 63, nine under par, to finish 19 under for the tournament and edge ahead of five players at 18 under.
Six birdies on the back nine, including four in a row from the 13th, added to four on the front nine and a solitary bogey at the sixth hole.
Overnight leader Lydia Ko was the last player with a chance to catch Webb but was unable to birdie the closing par four and had to settle for a share of second.
Ko had prophetically said after taking a third-round lead with a 67: "I'm just going to play my own game, if somebody goes crazy low like shooting 10 under, nine under or whatever, it's not something I can control."
The New Zealand rookie was alongside American Stacy Lewis, Spain's Azahara Munoz and South Korean pair Amy Yang and Mirim Lee.
Her playing partner Jessica Korda was a stroke further back alongside Pornanong Phatlum and Ryu So-yeon, while Cristie Kerr and Inbee Park shared 10th place on 16 under.
