Wenger backing Hawk-Eye move
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger believes the Premier League's goal-line decision system is important for justice.
The new technology that will be able to confirm whether a ball has crossed the line will be introduced for all Premier League matches this season.
And while there has been focus on the financial implications of the Hawk-Eye system, Wenger thinks the change is vital for reasons of justice.
"The important thing is justice," said Wenger, quoted in the Daily Mail.
"People always speak about financial implications but the most important thing is to get the decisions right.
"It's more sophisticated and complicated than you would think. It took a while to get to this level."
Hawk-Eye will also be used at Wembley for the FA Community Shield clash between Manchester United and Wigan Athletic on Sunday.
