West Indies v England preview

England vice-captain Eoin Morgan had to miss practice with a sore left knee on the eve of the first ODI against the West Indies.

The middle-order batsman hurt himself fielding in England's warm-up victory over the UWI Vice-Chancellor's XI at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium two days ago.

Morgan is "confident" he will still be fit for the first match of three, at the same venue on Friday.

But England's medics adopted a strict safety-first approach and decided to keep him out of net practice.
