Westley: Attitude was first class
Stevenage boss Graham Westley saluted the attitude of his players after they finally got back to winning ways.
Francois Zoko scored twice as Boro came from a goal down to sink Brentford 2-1 in League One on Saturday for their first win in seven.
"I thought the players' attitude to the game was first class," said Westley.
"They stood up to the strong physical challenge that was thrown at them, they kept their discipline and they also stood up to the early goal being conceded.
"It would have been easy, with the run of form we've had in the league, for their heads to drop but they didn't.
"They got themselves back on the front foot, took the game to them and got what they deserved, a creditable win."
