Wiggins helps Swift finish third

Sir Bradley Wiggins played a supporting role as Team Sky colleague Ben Swift finish third at the Trofeo Palma on Sunday.

In the first race of the four-day Mallorca Challenge, Wiggins helped guide Swift into contention and the 25-year-old ended up coming in behind winner Kenny Dehaes (Lotto-Belisol) and second-placed Tyler Farrar (Garmin-Sharp).

Wiggins, whose final position was 161st, was awarded the prize for most aggressive rider for his efforts.
