Wilder eyes Bournemouth scalp

Northampton boss Chris Wilder has targeted another cup shock when they go to Bournemouth on Tuesday.

The Cobblers tamed Wolves 3-2 at Molineux in the first round of the Capital One Cup and are out to claim another Championship scalp.

"It's a tough ask for us but it's the same approach from when we played Wolves. We have nothing to lose and we have got players who have played at that level," said Wilder on Cobblers Player.

"If Bournemouth have an off-night, like the Wolves situation was, we can get a result. It's not a game we're tipped to win but who knows what could go off.

"It's going to be a proper game of football as they like to pass and play but you go into every game believing you can get something from it.

"The majority of the managers in the Championship will be looking at Bournemouth and thinking they will be going close this year, even though they're not one of the big powerhouses."
