Williams rules at Plumpton

Venetia Williams and Aidan Coleman were in hot form at Plumpton after Mudita Moment completed a four-timer for the trainer-jockey combination.

Dubawi Island (8-13 favourite) got the day off to the perfect start for the partnership by claiming the attheraces.com Exclusive Barry Geraghty Blog Novices' Hurdle.

Williams and Coleman swiftly doubled up as 4-6 market leader Brick Red slammed his rivals in the Follow AtTheRaces On Twitter Novices' Chase.

The pair then completed a hat-trick as 5-4 favourite Marcilhac held on in an exciting renewal of the At The Races Sky 415 & EBF Stallions 'National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle.

Mudita Moment was 4-6 to follow up his New Year's Eve victory at Warwick in the At The Races Virgin 534 Handicap Hurdle, and did so by beating Sweet Boy Vic by three-quarters of a length.

"I'm pleased they got this meeting on," said the Herefordshire-based trainer.
