Winsili has suffered a late setback and will miss the Shadwell Fillies' Mile at Newmarket on Friday afternoon.
Trainer John Gosden has been forced to withdraw the daughter of Dansili after she was found to have a bruised foot.
Winsili, owned by Khalid Abdullah, made a winning debut at Newmarket last month and then stayed on well to finish second behind Lovely Pass over a mile at Ascot.
