Top seed Caroline Wozniacki eased into the semi-finals of the Korea Open with a comfortable straight sets win over Klara Zakopalova.
The former world number one beat her Czech opponent 6-2 6-3 to book her place in the last four where she will face Russian Ekaterina Makarova.
Makarova, the eighth seed, brushed aside Spain's Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez 6-1 6-1 in 57 minutes to ease into the semi-finals.
United States' Varvara Lepchenko came from behind to win 4-6 7-6 (7/3) 6-4 against Austrian Tamira Paszek in a hard-fought match.
The sixth seed overcame her opponent in a match time of two hours and 45 minutes and will now face Kaia Kanepi who beat Holland's Kiki Bertens 6-4 6-4.
