Wylde ties up St Mirren deal
Gregg Wylde has joined St Mirren after he was released early from his contract with Aberdeen.
Aberdeen pulled the plug on a three-year deal with the player just six months after his arrival from Bolton Wanderers and the former Rangers man has now agreed an 18-month deal with St Mirren.
A statement from Pittodrie said: "We can announce that Gregg Wylde has had his contract cancelled by the club. The club wishes Gregg all the best for his future career."
The 22-year-old failed to become a regular in Derek McInnes' side; his last appearance coming in the Scottish Cup win at Partick Thistle on 1 December.
Wylde started his career with Rangers, making his debut in 2009, before moving to Bolton in March 2012, where he failed to make a single appearance as FIFA sought to resolve a dispute over his registration.
