Slumdog back on top
Slumdog Millionaire's Oscars success has seen Danny Boyle's film return to the top of the UK box office charts.
The acclaimed movie even held off Clint Eastwood's acting swansong, Gran Torino, which opened in second place after taking £1.3m.
Horror The Unborn debuted at number three with a £1.29m opening weekend.
Clive Owen thriller The International entered the chart at number six with a £760,000 opening.
The top 10 was rounded out by Renee Zellwegger's romcom New in Town.
