Britpop: where are they now?

Blur

We all know about the reformed, resurgent Blur, but what of Britpop's other luminaries who shone so bright for a few years in the '90s? As a 3-CD compilation of the genre's finest moments is released (Common People - Britpop: The Story, out Monday 22 June), we try to track down some of those good old British stars.

Click the arrow below to find out the truth.

Shed have reformed, apparently gigs to follow this year. can't believe them and the bluetones were left off this! also menswear are getting a bit of a battering on the votes, they weren't THAT bad.

Errr... the Auteurs get in but not Shed 7? The Bluetones? Salad? (OK, maybe not Salad).

Shed 7 had reformed and will be doing shows later on this year. That's what I've heard anyway. They've all got married, had kids, etc. now they're ready to make new music and tour again. Bands reforming seems to be the "in" thing to do, so why not...? Shed 7 were a great live band and had some good, catchy tunes. I'd definitely see them again.

There's one on Goole docks, I think they store timber in it.
