You need:
MMS capable phone
Most phones have this capability. You definitely can if you have sent a picture message to a friend before.
WAP capable phone
This is so you can setup and manage the service through Orange World. You won?t be charged any additional data costs.

Set up is easy
Send a text message (free of charge) with the word email to 247
We will then reply with a link to Orange World.
Any pages about email on your phone are free of charge to browse on Orange World.

Costs
Costs
Email on your phone is one flat rate price. There are no hidden data costs and you don't need an additional mobile internet bundle.
Pay monthly
- Inclusive with Panther or Dolphin plans, or;
- £5 a month - Choose to have the first month free when you take an email bundle with a new talk plan
Pay as you go
- £1 a week - try it out, it's free for the first week.
A fair usage policy does apply, but you'd have to send and receive 1000 emails to go over it. If you consistently go over this limit, we reserve the right to withdraw the service.
This service won't work while you're abroad.

Providers
Providers
You can use email on your phone with most email providers by simply adding your email address and password into the setup wizard on Orange World.
If we don't have the details of your email provider you will be asked to enter the POP or IMAP settings for the service. These details can usually be found on your email provider's website.
