The plot: The residents of Newt, Texas are horrified by the carnage perpetrated by the Sawyer clan and they burn down the family's farmhouse. All of the Sawyers are presumed dead except for baby Heather, who is given a new identity with an adoptive family. Many years later, Heather returns to Newt to claim an inheritance. With her boyfriend Ryan and best friend Nikki in tow, she stumbles into a bloody battle for survival against hulking Leatherface.
