The plot: Sleazy, self-serving congressman Cam Brady has represented North California for four terms and is poised to be re-elected for a fifth stint. When his brazen promiscuity finally comes to the attention of voters, power brokers Glenn and Wade decide to throw their support behind a rival candidate: shy and retiring Marty Huggins, who runs the local Tourism Centre.
