The plot: Nicole wanders around her deceased mother's creepy house in Los Angeles. A nervous peek inside the closet that adjoins the lounge results in her disappearance. So Annie asks local police detective Creek to investigate and he reveals a secret room, which sparks Annie's horrific memories of her childhood.
what the others say
Hollywood Reporter
"With its generally indifferent performances and lower-end production values, The Pact boasts no resonance or after-burn. But it does, in most respects, do the job, which is perhaps enough."
Total Film
"It works hard, and the first half hour is textbook creepy, but the oldschool grab-bag of shocks struggles to jolt a dour script to life."
Time Out
"No matter how effective, a string of creepy camera moves, slow-motion dream sequences and subtle hints of supernatural activity are not enough to sustain a full-length feature."
