live commentary

FULL-TIME :Norwich's search for their first win of the season continues as they draw their third consecutive game. Both the Canaries and West Ham missed a whole host of chances but Big Sam will be more than happy with a point you imagine. Thanks for joining Orange's live coverage. Stay tuned for the full-match report.

90+2 mins: West Ham are hanging on here! Kane sprints past Demel and finds Snodgrass unmarked in the area. He turns and fires low, and only the left boot of Jaaskelainen keeps this game at 0-0.

90 mins: What a chance for Kane to nick all three points! Norwich surge forward from their own half with Snodgrass. He slips in Kane from the left but he can only place it straight at Jaaskelainen! A feeble effort. Three minutes are added on.

88 mins: Collins has his head in his hands after he can only flick the ball well away from goal despite losing his marker.

86 mins: West Ham make their third and final change with Benayoun coming on for Vaz Te to make his second debut.

84 mins: Kane bursts into life for Norwich after he flicks the ball past the lethargic Noble and belts a shot inches wide of the bottom of the far post.

81 mins: I'm getting the sense now that this game is filtering out into nothing as we enter the last ten minutes. Both sides look like they have run out of ideas and both look seemingly happy with a point.

77 mins:A lovely first touch from Jarvis allows him plenty of space to get a shot away but his shot packs far too much punch to trouble Jaaskelainen on this occasion.

74 mins: Maiga easily intercepts a Norwich throw ahead of the flat-footed Bassong. From the right, he picks out Jarvis whose shot is deflected wide for a corner which the hosts eventually manage to boot away.

71 mins: West Ham continue fall apart in the area as Diame scuffs shot way wide of the target. Norwich make another change soon after with Kane replacing the cream-crackered Holt.

68 mins: Morison looks to make a instant impact off the bench but he can't keep his half-volley down despite the ball sitting up nicely for him. Snodgrass is back on the field by the way.

65 mins: There's a chance for everyone to get a breather as Snodgrass requires a bit of treatment after receiving a kick in the stomach from Nolan.

62 mins: Norwich make a change and it's Jackson coming off for Morison. Jackson did help create another goal-scoring opportunity before being subbed, heading Snodgrass' cross back into the mixer for Bassong to tamely nod it to Jaaskelainen.

59 mins: You can add Vaz Te to that list of disappointing players today. He has time and space inside the left of the box to pick out the newly-introduced Maiga but can only lift the ball onto the roof of the net.

57 mins:Big Sam decides to bring on some different attacking options in the form of Jarvis and Maiga. They replace Taylor and Cole who have both struggled to make any impact on this game.

54 mins: Another half-chance for Norwich as Surman finds Johnson in a bit of space on the edge of the area. The former Leeds midfielder is off-balance though, and can only toe poke it straight to Jaaskelainen.

51 mins: That's a fine save from Jaaskelainen, diving high to his left to turn Jackson's deflected shot over the bar. Norwich sustain the pressure through a series of corners until a low, drilled shot from Snodgrass is watched wide by the West Ham goalie.

48 mins: It's worth noting that Collins was indeed booked for that foul on Surman amid all the arguing over whether it was a penalty or not.

45 mins: We pick up where we left off as West Ham restart the second half. They instantly attack with Cole's cross prompting Ruddy to punch clear under pressure. Then, Norwich break forward and Holt is poised to head in from six yards but the cross from the left is diverted away at the crucial moment.

HALF-TIME: The ref blows to bring a highly-entertaining first half to an end. Both sides have been guilty of spurning lots of half-chances but all the talk will about whether Norwich should have had a penalty in the final stages of the half. As it stands, we go in goalless but I would be incredibly surprised if it stays that way. Join me in 15 minutes for the second half.

45 mins: One minute of time is added on as the sun continues to beam down on Carrow Road.

43 mins: There must have been a blade of grass separating Norwich winning a penalty. Canaries boss Chris Hughton is still not happy on the touchline and has plenty to say to the fourth official as we approach half-time.

40 mins: Norwich soon come flowing forward once again though and they are incredibly unlucky not to win a penalty after Collins brings down Surman on the very, very edge of the area. Referee Chris Foy decides it's a free-kick which is smashed into the wall by Johnson and walloped over on the rebound from Garrido.

38 mins: Norwich win a couple of corners in quick succession but both are easily dealt with by the Hammers.

35 mins: Diame bursts forward for West Ham and after seeing no viable options to pass to he decides to have a go. The shot takes a nasty deflection and makes it awkward for Ruddy to save but he manages to cover the ground and hold on.

28 mins: Norwich are absolutely bombarding the West Ham goal after O'Brien's heavy touch allows Snodgrass to scamper forward. Jaaskelainen makes not one, not two, but three heroic stops to keep this crazy game goalless.

21 mins: It's been a frantic start which has made excellent viewing so far. Norwich win a corner but Johnson's attempted sidefoot level with the left post is blocked away.

Craig, Cheltenham -"sebastien bassong header last minute for norwich to lose, fancy an own goal today. Big sam for pm!!"

18 mins: West Ham keep this topsy-turvy affair going after great industry down the left side from O'Brien. He races to the byline before cutting back to Nolan who forces Ruddy into another smart stop from close range.

15 mins:Back at the other end, Noble trips up Johnson outside the area just as he was about to pull the trigger. From there, Snodgrass fires twice into a West Ham body before going down very easily after being tapped by Nolan. The ref quite rightly does not entertain the thousands of those appealing for a pen.

12 mins: Great chance for West Ham! It all came as Ruddy flapped Vaz Te's shot back into the centre of the box. He fingertips Cole's header into the path of Taylor who cracks a shot wide of the left post.

10 mins: Norwich are settling into their stride the quicker of the two teams with Surman and Holt enjoying themselves down the left flank. The former swings in an inviting cross which Jaaskelainen swallows up.

6 mins: The game has started quietly but all of a sudden sparks into life after Surman cuts inside from the left and drives a shot marginally wide of the right post. Jaaskelainen was well beaten there!

3 mins: West Ham win a corner from the left which Taylor flicks on towards the far post. Nolan tries to nod it in but the ball flashes wide much to Norwich's relief. Good early pressure from the visitors.

0 mins: We're off! Norwich, in their familiar canary yellow and green, get us underway and will play from left to right as I see it. West Ham are donning their home kit too. Welcome to our build-up to today's Premier League clash between Norwich and West Ham at Carrow Road.

Both sides made one change from their respective games before that pesky international break. For Norwich, Andrew Surman comes in for the injured Anthony Pilkington.

The Hammers also make one change. They are without Andy Carroll who picked up a hamstring injury on his very impressive debut. Carlton Cole is his replacement.
