FULL-TIME: JUVE WIN! It's a disastrous night for Chelsea in Turin as this defeat leaves them with alot of work to do if they are to qualify from Group E. As it stands Shakhtar are top with 10 points, then comes Juventus with 9 and Chelsea in third with 7 points. Not looking good Roberto Di Matteo with one game left. A full-match report follows shortly.
90 MINS: GAME, SET, MATCH JUVE! Chelsea's CL hopes are hanging by a thread! Substitute GIOVINCO is played in behind the defence and simply pokes the ball beyond Cech who comes racing out off his line. The scoreline does not flatter Juventus one little bit.
88 mins: Contract rebel Pogba is coming on to replace goalscorer Quagliarella.
87 mins: It's hit and hope time for Chelsea but every pumped ball into the area is been dealt with easily.
85 mins: It's one late tackle too many from Marchisio who goes into the referee's book.
83 mins: Torres plays a cleverly reverse path into Oscar but he stumbles over on the edge of the area and the chance evaporates into thin air.
82 mins: Juve get the green light to make another change and it's the wasteful Vucinic coming off for Giovinco.
79 mins: Chelsea have a free-kick near the left corner flag but Hazard whips it straight into the arms of Buffon.
77 mins: Ramires is shown yellow for a foul on the rock-solid Chiellini. Then, Luiz smacks a shot way over the bar. This isn't Chelsea's night.
74 mins: The unmarked Vucinic misses a great chance to wrap this up by blasting over from six-yards.
73 mins: Juve are stroking the ball around very nicely which is really frustrating Chelsea. Pirlo is pulling the strings as usual.
70 mins: Who do you turn to when in crisis? That's right, Fernando Torres. Di Matteo brings on the Spaniard and sacrifices Mikel in midfield.
67 mins: Lichtsteiner is coming off for Juve and is being replaced by the more defence-minded Caceres.
65 mins: Chelsea are trying to force their way in on goal but Juve are back in numbers, and are dealing with the threat well.
61 MINS: CHELSEA IN BIG TROUBLE! The second goal really has been coming too! Asamoah gets the better of Luiz down the left-hand side before dragging the ball back into the path of VIDAL who tucks the ball in from near the penalty spot. It takes another little deflection but I don't think the Juve fans mind judging by the noise!
60 mins: On comes Moses then for Azpilicueta. No change in system just yet
58 mins: Juventus are cranking up the pressure again with Cech having to make saves twice from Quagliarella and Pirlo. Di Matteo senses he needs to change things and Moses is getting ready to come on.
54 mins: Chelsea are settling down now with Ramires causing problems with his runs from deep. They could really do with at least a point as Shakhtar sit top of the group as it stands with Juve in second.
51 mins: Mata has two bites of the cherry to test Buffon but the wall does its job superbly.
50 mins: Strong appeals for a Juve penalty as Vucinic makes out Cahill dragged him down in the are. Play continues with Chelsea on the counter and Mata is hacked down on the edge of the "D".
48 mins: Now Vidal has a crack from an inside-right position. The pressure is relentless!
47 mins: Are Chelsea still in the changing room? Juve carve the Blues open yet again but they manage to escape as Vucinic fires wildly over from a ridiculous angle.
45 mins: We're back underway and Asamoah's thunderous cross from the left causes Chelsea problems immediately. Both sides remain unchanged.
HALF-TIME: A fantastic first-half in Italy. Juventus have dominated for large parts in the first-half and deservedly went ahead courtesy of a rather scruffy Fabio Quagliarella goal. Chelsea are struggling to get to grips with the 4-6-0 formation adopted for tonight but do look dangerous on the counter attack with Oscar in particular looking lively. Join me again in 15 minutes to see if Chelsea can avoid defeat.
45 mins: One minute added on at the Juventus Stadium.
43 mins: Chelsea again look dangerous on the counter attack until Bonucci wipes Hazard clean out just pass the half-way line. Yellow card shown.
40 mins: Madness! Cole's goal-line clearance turns quickly into a Chelsea counter where Mata finds himself one-on-one with Buffon. He makes a weak connection though and somehow it stays 1-0!
38 MINS: JUVE TAKE THE LEAD! A much-deserved lead too! Pirlo tries his luck from distance and it strikes QUAGLIARELLA's foot and rolls in! He didn't know much about that!
35 mins: All of a sudden Oscar is through on goal for Chelsea. He cuts back onto his right foot, giving Bonucci time to make an excellent recovery tackle.
34 mins: Quagliarella tries to twist and turn his way in on the Chelsea goal but a fine sliding tackle from Cole prevents him from doing so.
31 mins: Marchisio, Vucinic and Lichtsteiner all link-up well in the final third for Juve and only a last-ditch interception stops Quagliarella from tapping in.
30 mins: Pirlo's slide to keep the ball in falls straight to Cole who squares it for Ramires. He lines up to shoot instantly but he skews it wide from 20 yards.
27 mins: Oscar's quick feet earns him a free-kick over on the right touchline. Mata takes it, but the cross is easy for Buffon to claim.
24 mins: Juve have a free-kick on the edge of the 18-yard which the bearded Pirlo is standing over. His low shot finds a way past the wall but not past Cech, who does well to hold on.
22 mins: Vucinic cuts inside from the left flank before firing low towards the bottom-left corner. Cech sees this one all the way though.
20 mins: Quagliarella moves into the channels and fires a sweet half-volley towards the left post, forcing Cech to pluck the bouncing ball out of the air. He's been very busy so far.
19 mins: Chelsea are still struggling to get a foothold in this game with most of their attempted attacks coming to an abrupt end just outside Juve's area.
Jan, Bolton"chelsea to win 2-1"
15 mins: Cech makes another solid stop! This time he gets fingertips to Marchisio's stinging drive from a well-worked Juventus corner.
12 mins: Juve respond with a corner which Pirlo wanders over to take. He pops it right in the danger area and Ivanovic is able to clear properly this time with his head.
9 mins: Oh I thought that was in! Chelsea launch the counter attack with Oscar whose dazzling run from well inside his own half is an absolute joy to behold. He slots in Hazard who fires into the side netting!
7 mins: The Chelsea defence are making a right mess of clearing the ball away from their own area and it's inviting even more pressure on them in the opening stages.
Nick - "The blues lose in this for me. 2-1 juventus"
3 mins: Well this change in system from Chelsea nearly backfires immediately! Cech makes an incredible save to deny Lichtsteiner's close-range side-footed shot. The Blues are on the back foot here!
Mo, Leicester - "If Chelsea dont win 2nite, ive a good feeling Di Matteo will go in the nxt 3 games(im goin 4 2-1 Juve)"
0 mins: We're off! Chelsea in their all-blue kits are met with deafening screeches as they kick-off. Juve are in their famous black and white. Who'll come out on top in this one? Let's find out shall we?!
Welcome to our build-up to the tasty Champions League Group E clash between Juventus and Chelsea. A win for the Blues tonight would see them qualify for the knockout stages.
Roberto Di Matteo has named a bold starting eleven tonight. Fernando Torres is dropped meaning Eden Hazard will play in a false nine role as Chelsea line-up in the 4-6-0 formation we all now know and love.
Di Matteo makes a further four changes with Branislav Ivanovic and Ashley Cole returning in defence. Juan Mata and Ramires are also back after starting on the bench in the 2-1 defeat to West Brom.
Juventus make just the one change from the side that drew 2-2 at Stamford Bridge back in September with Fabio Quagliarella replacing Sebastian Giovinco.

Chelsea are on the brink of an early UEFA Champions League exit after losing 3-0 at Juventus on Tuesday evening.
Fabio Quagliarella diverted Andrea Pirlo's weak shot past the wrong-footed Petr Cech to give the home side the lead just before the interval.
Arturo Vidal added to the lead just after the hour mark when his side-footed effort from Kwadwo Asamoah's cut-back was deflected past Cech off the heel of Ramires.
And substitute Sebastian Giovinco put the gloss on the display as he slotted the ball past the advancing Chelsea goalkeeper in injury time.
Chelsea must now beat Nordsjaelland in their final Group E game - and hope Shakhtar Donetsk beat Juve in Ukraine - to have any chance of retaining their European crown.
And Roberto Di Matteo may regret fielding a new-look line-up with Fernando Torres axed in favour of Eden Hazard up front and Cesar Azpilicueta playing on the right of midfield.
Juventus had dominated the game before the break with wing-backs Stephan Lichtsteiner and Asamoah pushing forward at every opportunity.
Lichtsteiner should have opened the scoring inside five minutes but Cech managed to push his close-range effort onto the post. At the other end, Hazard nearly found the breakthrough only for Gianluigi Buffon to deflect his shot just wide.
But the home side were producing the classier football and it was no surprise when they took the lead through Quagliarella. In fact, they nearly doubled their advantage soon after.
Minutes after the opener, Ashley Cole had to clear off the line to avoid the Blues going two behind.
But Di Matteo's side remained an intermittent goal threat and broke within seconds only for Juan Mata to see Buffon block his volleyed effort at point-blank range.
The Chelsea boss did introduce Torres with 20 minutes remaining but the visitors were two down by that point following Vidal's effort, and Giovinco's late finish puts the Blues on the verge of a Champions League exit.
