live commentary

FULL-TIME: These two sides will have to do this all again in a replay as neither side can find that all-important winner. An excellent game which exploded in the final ten minutes. Both sides will at least be in the draw for the fourth round which you can follow live here on Orange in a matter of minutes! Thanks for your comments this afternoon. Stick around for the full-match report.

90+3 mins: Both sides are going for a winner but the attacks are falling apart inside the final third of the pitch. Michu is named man of the match despite not coming on until the 55th minute. Sheer class!

90+1 mins: Tiendalli scuppers a great chance for Swansea as he hits the ball into the side netting with at least three team-mates to aim for in the box.

90 mins: Great save by Vorm to deny Koscielny from six yards and the follow-up is belted over into the Arsenal crowd! Five minutes are added on.

87 MINS: SWANSEA ARE LEVEL!!! What an end to this match! Arsenal completely fall asleep from a Swansea corner, leaving Ki to pass to GRAHAM who bends the ball past three static Arsenal players and into the top right corner!

84 MINS: ARSENAL IN FRONT! They've done it the hard way but the Gunners lead! Dyer completely loses track of GIBBS who drills in a stunning left-footed volley from a seemingly tight angle! He also goes in the book for his over-the-top celebration.

81 MINS: ARSENAL FINALLY SCORE! Another sub. Another goal! The Gunners finally finish off one of their chances as Koscielny helps the ball into the path of PODOLSKI who cracks it into the bottom-left corner on the turn. Vorm no chance!

80 mins: Bartley is rightly in the book as he hacks down Wilshere on the edge of the box. Cazorla steps up and curls into the wall and so does Arteta on the follow up!

78 mins: Podolski misses from six yards out! Luckily for him the offside flag is up so it wouldn't have counted away. Arsenal's finishing is almost as bad as Splash! on ITV1 last night.

Big Swan, Belfast -"come on swansea get another one lets show them hows its done"

75 mins: So close from Walcott! He's in the area and from a very tight angle on the right he sends a low shot flashing past the left post!

72 mins: Ramsey on the left flank hasn't worked today and probably never well. He just isn't a winger. On comes Podolski to replace him.

70 mins: Gibbs tries to go for the equaliser on his own but he inevitably runs into trouble as reaches the area. Arsenal are so infuriating to watch inside the final third.

68 mins: Swansea get the green light to make their final change and it's Britton coming off for Agustien.

67 mins: Arsenal are on the front foot again but Vorm makes another easy claim from a poor cross to take the pressure off his defence.

64 mins:Hernandez does well to create space for himself just outside the area but his eventual cross is a feeble one. Then at the other end, Giroud's miserable day continues with another header off-target.

61 mins:What an introduction from Swansea's star man! He lifts the ball over Mertesacker and dribbles towards goal before poking it beyond Szczesny. A great finish considering he was under immense pressure from two defenders!

58 MINS: MICHUUUUU!!! What an introduction from Swansea's star man! He lifts the ball over Mertesacker and dribbles towards goal before poking it beyond Szczesny. A great finish considering he was under immense pressure from two defenders!

55 mins: Swansea's double change has a Spanish feel to it as Hernandez and Michu come on for Routledge and de Guzman.

53 mins: "Got to be a penalty!" screams co-commentator Craig Burley, failing to recognise that Ramsey clearly clips his own heels in the Swansea area. Arsenal are piling on the pressure though and Vorm is in action again, diving to deny Giroud's volley on the swivel.

50 mins: Another chance for Giroud! Arsenal launch a counter attack with Walcott finding the Frenchman in an inside-left position. He lets the ball roll across his body before forcing Vorm into a smart save with powerful shot.

Peter, Hartland -"same old arsenal"

48 mins: Arsenal start brightly again but Gibbs's cross is easily caught by Vorm and Giroud's speculative strike is scuffed wide.

Keith, Crewe -"Swansea to win 3-0"

45 mins: I rolled back the years during the break by tucking into some half-time oranges. I give this healthy eating business another week before I'm back on pasties and chocolate. Anyway, Swansea get us back underway with both sides unchanged.

HALF-TIME: No stoppage time is added on at the Liberty Stadium and we go into the interval goalless. You may have heard this before but Arsenal have nothing to show for their excellent build-up play and overall dominance. The Swans will definitely be the happier of the two sides as they head down the tunnel. Join me for the second-half in 15 minutes time.

42 mins: Sagna bursts forward for Arsenal down the wing before Walcott is crowded out by Swansea bodies. The move is kept alive though and Cazorla forces Vorm into a diving stop to his left with a sweetly-struck effort.

40 mins: You get the sense now that Swansea have had enough of Arsenal's pretty passing and are beginning to take the game to the Gunners. Both Mertesacker and Koscielny have to head away decent crosses from either flank.

36 mins: Swansea hit the crossbar! Bartley nearly haunts his former club after he rises above Mertesacker to nod de Guzman's free-kick from the right onto the woodwork! Wilshere saw yellow for the tackle which led to the set-piece.

34 mins: More poor finishing from Arsenal. Cazorla is the guilty player on this occasion as he belts Gibbs's low cross miles over.

32 mins: Not much to rave about from a Swansea perspective so far. Graham looks like he wants to prove a point up front but Arsenal are cutting off his supply really well.

29 mins: Arsenal are playing some lovely, lovely football but their finishing continues to let them down. This time, Ramsey twists and turns in the Swansea area before tamely poking the ball to a grateful Vorm.

26 mins: The aforementioned trio link-up excellently down the right channel, zipping the ball around with real gusto. Arteta then lifts the ball up to the far post but nobody in a Arsenal shirt is attacking it.

Dai, Pontypridd - "2-1 swansea michu to come on and get winner!"

23 mins: Eurgh. Awful attempt from Walcott as he fires it straight into the wall. Why didn't Arteta, Cazorla or Wilshere take it?!

21 mins: Arsenal are stepping it up now, with Walcott coming inside to run at the Swansea defence. He draws another ill-timed tackle from Chico to give his side a free-kick in a good, central position.

18 mins: Swansea win a corner on the left side to interrupt me from watching some hilarious double finishes at the BDO World Champs. Arsenal clear and mount a counter attack which looks promising until Walcott's attempted curler is well blocked

James, Cardiff - "i think that the gunners are going to be to strong for swansea and it will finish 3-1 arsenal"

15 mins: Chico comes galloping out of his centre-back position to dive in on Walcott who is pushed back out to the ring wing for the Gunners. Wilshere flights in the resulting free-kick but it's easy for Vorm to claim.

13 mins: The first real chance falls to Graham! He shrugs off Mertesacker and cracks a ferocious right-footed effort from 20 yards out which Szczesny parries away.

10 mins: Tiendalli, one of the four changes for Swansea today, is set free down the right flank. He whacks in a decent cross from near the corner flag but there's Sagna level with the far post to head the ball away.

8 mins: No real goalmouth action to type of as yet but at least the game is pleasing on the eye. Chris in Exeter asks, "After Theo's hat-trick goal,is this the NEW Arsenal spin or will Wenger revert to the OLD tumbles 2 get the best results?"

Ross, Holywood - "3-1 Arsenal. Without Michu and with chelsea looming ahead Arsenal shud hav it and theyl hav somthin to prove after the game at the emirates"

5 mins: Nothing comes of the corner and off Swansea go for the first time this afternoon. Routledge races down the right wing and his good-looking cross is gobbled up by Szczesny ahead of Graham, who could well be leaving the Swans this month.

3 mins:A silky start from Arsenal who have yet to give away the ball in the opening minutes. They win a corner after Wilshere's free-kick is hacked behind. Julie in Eastbourne texts to say, "Looks like my Arsenal are going to miss on silverware again. Take Swansea to win 2 - 1."

Andrea, Wigan - "Swansea 2 - Arsenal 3, swans will struggle without michu but should b a good game, I hope swans win but can't see it, Arsenal will give them a run for their money"

0 mins: We're off! Arsenal, looking to avenge for their 2-0 defeat to the Swans in early December, kick-off in their purple away strip. Swansea are in their usual white home kits.

1300: Hello and welcome along to Liberty Stadium for Swansea's third-round FA Cup clash against Arsenal.

Michael Laudrup clearly has one eye on the Capital One Cup semi-final as he makes four changes to his Swansea side. The most notable being star striker Michu who drops to the bench.

Arsene Wenger makes three changes as Mertesacker, Ramsey and Giroud all come in for Vermaelen, Podolski and Oxlade-Chamberlain.
