Jamie Cullum’s just finished his set on the Jazz World Stage and here’s his video blog post. The surprise highlight was his tribute to Michael Jackson - a jazz version of Thriller, so freshly conceived that he relied on a piece of paper for the lyrics.

He told the crowd: “About three hours ago I was on stage with Spinal Tap - probably the defining moment of my existence, sharing a stage with Derrick Smalls!”

Jamie Cullum has sent us his own behind-the-scenes video blog posts for 100 Hours In A Field. Here he is just before and after his surprise appearance on the Pyramid Stage with Spinal Tap. He came on to play keyboards in a jam of Short And Sweet. Jarvis Cocker also joined the parody heavy metal band on stage, playing bass on Big Bottom.
