Can I use photo messaging abroad?
To use photo messaging abroad, you must have a photo messaging phone and have Roaming and MSS activated on your account.

To activate MMS and Roaming on your account, please call Customer Services on 150 from your Orange phone if you're a pay monthly customer or 450 from your Orange phone if you're a pay as you go customer.

You are able to send or receive photo messages whilst abroad if the country's networks have a GPRS roaming agreement with Orange.  Please note that GPRS isn't supported in all countries. Those countries that do support GPRS charge various rates. The cost of using GPRS is dependent on the partner network and is something that Orange can't influence.
