Mobile phone and the internet have made a huge difference to our lives. But, like everything, they can be used for good or bad purposes. It all depends on what you do with them. Orange has built a site all about online safety on internet sites and mobile phones, aimed at individuals and parents and offers other support if you want to report any wrongdoing.

Spam and virus emails are the two most common email issues, particularly for email downloaded to your computer. Our email service also includes free Anti-Virus protection. Tell us about hacking attempts

To report a hacking attempt, use the details provided by your firewall to identify the source of the attack. If it originates from our network please complete this form. You'll need to tell us the offending IP address, the date/time of the attack and the time zone. You can find this information in the firewall log.
