No.10 - Cliff Thorburn: The 1980 world champion's one blight came eight years later when he failed a random drugs test. It transpired that, following the death of his manager Darryl McKerrow in a hunting accident, Thornburn turned to cocaine to cope and briefly became addicted. He was fined £10,000 and banned for two ranking tournaments, but promptly kicked the habit.
